Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for precise speed or position control of an actuator system. In general, a PI controller that is simple to implement in a control system is used, but it is difficult to obtain high performance in a tracking controller. In order to solve this problem, it is well known to implement a tracking controller by additional feedback of a state variable using an output error. This method is more effective than using the Trial-and-Error method in the PI controller because the gain is obtained using the optimal control theory.
On the other hand, observers have been invented for inputs whose actual values are unknown and difficult to find. Disturbance observers and fuzzy logic controllers are also used in controllers with fixed gains. However, for more precise speed or position control, the difference between the parameters of the observer and the actual system must be solved. Efforts to escape from the parameter problem have been studied using VSS and Fuzzy Logic. However, the focus on high stiffness control has limitations in completely eliminating slight vibrations. Currently, the challenge of the speed and positioner of the automation device, the motor controller of the robot and the home appliance is to use a controller that is robust against disturbances and parameter changes.
In the present invention, it is intended to improve the actuator that can be easily attached regardless of disturbance and parameter changes. Therefore, the program can be easily ported to existing controllers.
The present invention is a novel control algorithm required for ultra-precision control of the actuator system in the above problems. The entire control system applies a digital controller with state feedback, and each gain calculates the optimum gain based on the LQC theory. In ultra-precision control, small external forces or resistance changes directly affect the speed control. Disturbance Observer in a configuration that uses the well-known Deadbit Disturbance Observer to compensate the disturbance and reduce the disturbance estimation error caused by the difference between the observer's parameters and the actual parameters. The controller is configured to be robust against disturbances and parameter changes by learning the whole system to include backpropagation neural networks that calculate and compensate equivalent currents for external disturbances. The performance of this position controller determines the basic spec of the control system. Therefore, we construct a digital controller using the added state feedback, and apply it to the simplified system that obtains the gain in the vector space, as well as the vector controlled actuator. Thus, in accurate position control or speed control, a controller that is robust against disturbance and parameter change is constructed in a steady state as well as in a transient state.
