Abstract

PURPOSE: A foil heat sublimation transfer printing method is provided to obtain product of high quality by accurately transferring foil onto a desired position according to shape of patterns transferred onto base sheet. CONSTITUTION: The foil heat sublimation transfer printing method comprises color printing process of sequentially passing printing paper(500) through first, second and third color printing machines so that single colors(600) are sequentially printed on the printing paper; coating process of coating releasing agent(700) on the printing paper if single colors are sequentially printed on the printing paper according to shape of patterns; adhesive coating process of coating adhesive(800) on a specific area of the printing paper passing through the coating process; heat sublimation transfer process of transferring colors printed on the printing paper and adhesive onto the base sheet(200) as they are by heat sublimating the laminated material after laminating the base sheet onto the surface of the printing paper if adhesive is coated on the specific area of the printing paper in the adhesive coating process; and foil transfer process of laminating foil(900) onto the base sheet so that the foil is transferred onto only a part of the adhesive if the colors(600) and adhesive(800) are transferred onto the base sheet after passing through the heat sublimation transfer process, thereby directly transferring the foil(900) onto the base sheet(200).

Description

Printing method}Foil thermal sublimation transfer printing method

The present invention relates to a foil thermal sublimation transfer printing method, and in particular, printing a color on a printing paper in sequence, and simultaneously applying a release agent coating and an adhesive to the printing paper, and then heat-subliming all of the printing paper into a fabric in a state in which the printing paper and the fabric are laminated. By transferring the foil to the fabric and then transferring the foil to the adhesive part, a series of processes are carried out continuously, so that the foil can be accurately transferred to the desired position according to the pattern transferred to the fabric. The present invention relates to a foil heat-sublimation transfer printing method capable of providing to a consumer.

In general, a printing machine uses a printing machine to transfer a desired pattern shape and color to a garment fabric. The fabric has a foil (aka: glitter) transferred to the fabric to emphasize the beauty of the design. I am using a transcription around the shape.

The beauty of the design can be increased by the above method, but conventionally, since the color printing work and the foil transfer work are performed by separate machines and work processes, the foil is not transferred to the correct position according to the pattern shape. I couldn't. Therefore, even if the defective rate of the product is largely generated or transferred, the beauty is greatly reduced because it is not transferred to the correct position, and furthermore, there are various problems in which the reliability of the product is greatly reduced.

Therefore, the object of the present invention was devised in view of the conventional problems as described above, the printing paper in the state of laminating the printing paper and the fabric after printing the color on the printing paper in turn and at the same time the release agent coating, adhesive applied to the printing paper. Heat transfer transfer to the fabric and then a series of processes for laminating the foil on the fabric to transfer the foil to the adhesive portion is performed continuously, so that the foil can be accurately transferred to the desired position according to the pattern transferred to the fabric. The present invention provides a foil thermal sublimation transfer printing method capable of providing high quality products to consumers.
