보다 상세히는 다리결합(架橋結合)에의한 고분자 겔(Gell)이 3차원적 그물구조를 취하여 용매에 녹지 않게되는 현상으로 화학적 반응을 통해 일정 시간이 경과되면 점착성을 띠는 겔(Gell)로 변화되는 것을 말하며 이와같은 점착성을 띠는 겔(Gell)을 재료로 1차 금형을 통해 이미 성형된 탄성 발포 스폰지 지지부층를 2차금형에 옮겨 2차금형에 장착된 고정핀에 고정시켜 매설한후 2차금형에 점착성을 띠는 겔(Gell)을 주입하여 탄성 스폰지 쿠션 지지부층 표면 주위 전체가 점착성을 띠는 겔(Gell)튜브(tube)층으로 둘러싸여 봉해지도록 2차금형을 통해 성형한후 고무나 연질의 합성수지, 또는 가죽이나 섬유등으로 커버층을 3차금형을 통해 2차금형에서 성형된 점착성을 띤 겔(Gell)튜브(tube)층 표면의 모양에 맞게 성형하여 그 성형된 커버층을 점착성을 띠는 겔(Gell)튜브(tube)층 표면에 압착하고 커버의 외주면을 접착제나 봉제로 봉합하여 점착성을 띠는 겔(Gell)튜브(tube)층에 내장되어 결합된 탄성 스폰지 쿠션 지지부층를 갖는 쿠션층을 형성토록한 제조 방법에 관한것이다.More specifically, the polymer gel by the bridge bonds takes a three-dimensional network structure and becomes insoluble in the solvent.
