Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is an additive composition for fuel which increases activity of liquefied fuel to raise combustion efficiency, with reducing generation of a pollution material remarkably so that it is widely used for all liquefied fuel. CONSTITUTION: The additive composition for fuel is produced by the steps of: (i) adding 30-50wt% of oil solvent to a vessel; (ii) with stirring continuously at low speed, mixing 2-5wt% of dispersion auxiliary agent and 1-5wt% of sinking preventer and keeping uniform state within the vessel; (iii) slowly adding 20-50wt% of silica mineral to the vessel and continuing to stir for 30 minutes, in which 1-2wt% of oil solvent is added when the stirring state is not satisfied; and (iv) after stirring, adjusting to 20-60% of solid component with less than 3micron in granularity and less than 1000pcs in viscosity, filtering and then packing.

본 발명은 액체 연료의 활성을 증가시켜 발열량의 향상 및 공해물질인 황화물, 질화물의 발생 저감이 가능하도록 하는 첨가제를 제공하고자 한다.The present invention is to provide an additive to increase the activity of the liquid fuel to improve the calorific value and to reduce the generation of sulfides, nitrides as a pollutant.

종래의 연료첨가제는 연소기구의 보호를 위한 첨가제와 연료자체의 발열성을 향상시키는 두 가지 계열의 제품이 있었으나, 어떠한 것도 공해 물질의 발생 저감효과는 기대하기 어려웠던 것이 현실이었다. 특히 발열성을 향상시키는 제품의 경우 혼합후 일정시간이 지나야 그 효과를 나타내거나 조건에 따라 그 효과가 미미한 경우도 많았으나, 본 발명품은 사용 즉시 효과를 기대할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 기존의 첨가제를 병행 사용하는 경우에 서로 상승효과도 기대할 수 있다는 점이 특징이다.Conventional fuel additives had two types of products to improve the heating properties of the fuel and the additives for the protection of the combustion mechanism, but none was expected to reduce the effect of the generation of pollutants. 분산이 가능한 용기에 석유계 용제 30∼50부를 투입하고 교반기로 저속 교반하면서 분산 보조제 2∼5부, 침강 방지제 1∼5를 혼합하여 용기 내 상태를 균일하게 유지한다. 용기 내 상태가 균일하게 유지되면 규산염 광분 20∼50부를 서서히 투입하면서 교반 속도를 서서히 증가시켜 연료 투입 후 30분간을 고속 교반하다. 이때 교반 상태가 불량하면 석유계 용제를 1∼2부 정도 추가 투입할 수도 있다.30-50 parts of petroleum solvents are thrown into the container which can be disperse | distributed, and 2-5 parts of dispersion aids and 1-5 sedimentation inhibitors are mixed, stirring at low speed with a stirrer, and the state in a container is maintained uniformly. 기존 첨가제는 기계 보호를 위한 것은 그 성능만을 갖도록 하고 발열성 향상을 위한 것은 발열성만을 위주로 개발되었으므로 공해물질의 저감에는 큰 효과가 없었을 뿐 아니라 실 사용자의 연료 보관 상태, 사용 빈도 등을 고려하지 않았기에 실제 사용에는 어려운 점이 있었으나 본 발명품은 연료의 발열량 증대, 공해 물질의 발생량 감소를 동시에 달성할 뿐 아니라 기존의 여타 첨가제의 성능을 저해하지 아니하며 일부 첨가제는 그성능을 향상시킬 수도 있다.Existing additives were developed to have only its performance for protecting the machine and only for exothermicity to improve exothermicity.
