Abstract
Description
본 발명은 황토와 시멘트 폐 고무를 재활용하여 황토를 이용한 보드블록 으로서 보다 상세 하게는 황토의 유익한 원적외선과 환경 정화의 흙을 이용하고 시멘트의 점성력을 황토와 접목한 변화를 이용하여 폐 고무의 재활용과 자수정 옥돌을 표면에 표출시켜 황토와 함께 태양열에 의한 원적외선 방출로 건강을 촉진게하고 발의 촉감을 주며 시각적 건강을 주는 새로운 황토 보드블록으로서 황토는 물에 약해 쉽게 부스러지고 이로 인해 충격과 강도가 약해 자체물질로서는 제조방법이 불가능하여 점성력이 강한 시멘트와 접목 혼합하여 강도와 충격을 콘크리트의 규격에 맞도록 하였으며 충격에는 시멘트의 2∼3배 정도를 더 강하게 하였다. 시멘트는 알칼리성으로 인체에 해로운 라돈가스(방사성 물)을 방출하고 땅의 지기를 받을 수 없게 하며 냉기와 독성으로 인하여 새집에 이사를 가게되면 대부분 몇 달 동안은 몸이 붓거나 두통 노이로제 증상을 유발하게 되는데 독성의 방출로 생명을 위협하며 벽지나 종이 장판을 썩게 만들고 부식되게하며 제조물의 가치성을 상실 게 한다. 그러나 황토는 인체에 유익한 것만 내보내고 해로운 것은 잠식하며 오염물을중화 시키는 자연의 살아 있는 흙이라고 하며 원적외선을 방출하여 인체의 혈액 순환을 촉진시키고 노폐물을 배출 시켜 건강을 증진 시킨다. 또한 황토는 음이온을 방출하는데 이음이온은 각종 오염으로부터 생활 주변에 방출되는 양이온을 흡착 중화하여 생활 환경을 쾌적하게 만들어 새로운 생명체를 만들어 낸다. 시멘트의 발명은 산업적 도시 혁명의 주역으로 발명되어 자연을 파괴하고 생명체를 위협하고 각종 질병의 원인으로 제공 되고 있다. 이러한 불가분의 물질과 물질이 혼합하여 화학적 변화를 일으키게 하여 시멘트의 독성을 중화시켜서 시멘트의 점성력과 강도를 유지 시키고 황토의 유익한 점을 살려 가려는 노력의 연구가 지속되고 있다.The present invention is a board block using loess by recycling loess and cement waste rubber, and more specifically, using loess which is beneficial far-infrared and environmental purification of loess, and using viscous force of cement with loess, As a new ocher board block that exposes amethyst jade stones on the surface and promotes health by releasing far-infrared rays caused by solar heat together with ocher, gives tactile touch and visual health, ocher is fragile due to weakness of water, which is weak and shock and strength.
