Abstract

PURPOSE: A winding device of a carcass member is provided to improve the productivity and the quality of a tire by securing the uniformity of an overlapped amount of the carcass member. CONSTITUTION: A carrying conveyor(2) comprises two separated carrying conveyors based on a lengthwise center support. The separated carrying conveyors are controlled its speed by each driving motors(5a,5b). A camera(6) is installed in the center of a carrying conveyor(3) to detect the length of both sides of a carcass(1). Thereby, the uniformity for the overlapped amount of the carcass is secured and the correcting operation is minimized. Therefore, the productivity is improved and the quality is stabilized.
