자석종이 제조방법 및 그 자석종이{Manufacturing method for magnetic paper and its magnetic paper}Manufacturing method for magnetic paper and its magnetic paper {Manufacturing method for magnetic paper and its magnetic paper}

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a magnetic paper and a magnetic paper. Specifically, the magnetic yoke of a slime state in which an adhesive is mixed on one side of the paper is coated and dried to a predetermined thickness, and then the magnetized yoke. It was magnetized by magnetizing yoke to have multipolar permanent magnetism.

Sticky leaflets (or leaflets) widely used in the past are used to adhere to the surface of the object or the wall of the building, not only difficult to separate by adhesive when removing the leaflet from the surface of the object or the wall of the building, The adhesive (or pressure-sensitive adhesive) is contaminated while remaining on the surface of the object or the wall surface of the building, there is a problem that the trace remains for a long time, the appearance of the object or building is greatly reduced.

In addition, there are magnet papers with rubber magnets attached to the back of the paper, but it is difficult to mass produce and the rubber magnetic material is adhered with adhesive after printing on the paper, so the manufacturing cost is high and practicality is low, and the rubber is not decomposed naturally. There is a problem such as pollution of the city environment.

Therefore, in the present invention, by applying and drying a magnetic material in the state of mucus on one side of the paper to be naturally decomposed, and then magnetizing it in a multipolar manner to have permanent magnetism, it can be easily attached to iron products or the like without being contaminated. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a magnet paper.

In addition, the present invention is to provide a magnetic paper that can be easily attached to steel products or peeled off without contamination by applying and drying the magnetic material in the state of mucus on one side of the paper which is easy to decompose, and then magnetized into a multi-pole to have permanent magnetism. There is a purpose.

The present invention uses a coating machine to apply and dry the magnetic material in the state of mucus on one side of the paper and then magnetize and then print according to the required use of the paper, or cut the magnet paper magnetized after printing to the required size to the iron material Use it as a flyer, propaganda flyer, or memo paper. In the present invention, the coating amount of the magnetic material applied to one side of the paper is 50 to 1,000 g / m 2 on the basis of weight and 30 to 500 μm on the basis of the thickness, and of course, the magnetic material may be applied to both sides of the paper.

And, the printing step and the magnetization step may be different in the order. In other words, when the printing is disturbed by the magnetic force generated from the magnetic material part, it is preferable to magnetize after printing. If not, that is, when there is no effect on printing, the magnetizing is performed first. You can do it later.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by manufacturing step (by manufacturing process) of the magnetic paper.

1.One. Magnetic material preparation step

A mucus adhesive, which is a raw material of the magnetic material, and a magnetic powder having a particle size of 300 mesh or more are prepared. As the adhesive, latex emulsion zones which are difficult to deteriorate, modified starch (oxidized starch, starch added with enzyme), natural rubber, and the like are mainly used.

For example, depending on the purpose and flexibility of the magnet paper, only the latex emulsion zone may be used, or the latex emulsion zone and modified starch (oxidized starch, starch added with enzyme, etc.) may be used, or natural rubber alone may be used.

In case of mixing latex emulsion zone and modified starch, 30% ~ 70%: 70% ~ 30% can be mixed and used instead of latex emulsion zone polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or polyvinyl acetate (PVAC) Can also be used. As the magnetic powder, a hard magnetic metal powder which becomes a permanent magnet by magnetization or magnetization, or a powder magnetic material for sintered magnet used for the production of permanent magnets.

The natural rubber gives flexibility to the magnetic material. Of course, synthetic rubber may be used, but it is preferable to use natural rubber which is superior in terms of flexibility.

Magnetic material mixing step

The adhesive 2a prepared above and the magnetic powder 2b having a particle size of 300 mesh or more are mixed to obtain a slime-like magnetic material.

The mixing ratio of the adhesive (2a) and the magnetic powder (2b) is 30% to 80% concentration by mixing enough for more than 20 minutes at a weight ratio of 70% to 3%: 30% to 97% according to the desired magnetic degree, The magnetic material 2 in the state of slime having a viscosity of 100 to 3,000 CPS is obtained.

When the specific gravity of the magnetic powder 2b is higher than that of the adhesive, the magnetic powder may be mixed with 0.5 to 0.05% of a dispersant to prevent precipitation of the magnetic powder 2b.

In the present invention, when it is desired to give a color to the magnetic material 2, a small amount of pigment may be added. For example, 5% to 30% of the pigment may be mixed with the liquid magnetic material to give a color. Then, the adhesiveness imparts the malleability and ductility of the magnetic material.

Magnetic material application step

A magnetic material in a slime state is applied to one side of the paper 3 with an even thickness by using an application machine. The coating thickness is changed in consideration of the weight of the paper 3 and the required magnetic force. For example, it can be applied in the range of 50 ~ 1,000g / ㎡ by weight, 30 ~ 500㎛ based on the thickness, can be applied several times if the desired thickness can not be obtained by one application.

Of course, in the present invention, the magnetic material 2 may be applied to both sides of the paper 3 as well as to one side of the paper 3.

The paper 3 applicable to the present invention may include art paper, woodfree paper, white paper, corrugated paper, etc. according to an advertisement effect or a purpose of a memo paper, and the coating machine may be a paper coty, for example, an air knife cotta, a reverse roll cotta. For example, rod bar cotta, braid cotta, and the like.

Magnetic material drying step

It is dried so that the final moisture content is before and after 5% or 5% or less within the range without deformation or damage of the paper and the magnetic material applied to the paper. For example, a drying process may be performed by drying the magnetic material 2 coated with hot air at 100 ° C. to 200 ° C. for several seconds to several tens of seconds using a hot air drying type dryer or a radiant heat transfer dryer.

Magnetic Material Leveling Stage (Magnetic Material Polishing Stage)

It is a kind of gloss process for leveling the surface of the magnetic material coated and dried on one side of paper, and a plurality of calendars (metal roll calender, etc.) of the magnetic paper 1 coated with the magnetic material 2 are shown in FIG. Pass through the rollers 4 to achieve sufficient gloss.

The time that the magnet paper 1 passes between the plurality of rollers 4 is several seconds to several tens of seconds depending on the gloss condition, the degree of gloss, the magnet paper, the coating thickness of the magnetic material 2, the type and material of the paper 3, and the like. do.

Magnetic paper printing stage

The magnetic material 2 is printed on a surface of the magnetic paper 1 coated and dried to form a printing layer by printing with a printing machine (not shown).

The printing can be carried out before and after magnetization. For example, when the magnetic force of the magnet paper 1 affects the printing process or the printing machine, for example, when the smooth movement of the paper is difficult or affects the print quality by the magnetic force, printing may be performed first and magnetization may be performed later. If not, you will be able to magnetize first and print later.

Magnetic material magnetization stage

The magnetized yoke (magnetizer, etc.) not shown is magnetized to the polished magnetic material 2 to impart a multi-pole permanent magnet (permanent magnet) as shown in FIG. The gap d forming the magnetic pole may vary depending on the size or thickness of the magnet paper 1, but may be about 1 mm to 10 mm, and the smaller the application amount of the magnetic material is, the more the magnetic pole d is formed. The distance between them is narrow, so that sufficient magnetic force is maintained.

Magnetic paper cutting step

Cut the printed paper to the required size.

On the other hand, when a ferromagnetic force is required in the present invention, the thickness of the magnetic paper 1 becomes thicker, and in some cases, printing may be difficult, so as shown in FIG. 4, the printed layer of the magnetic paper 1 ( 5) Instead of applying an adhesive to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (6), and by releasing the release paper (or release paper, etc.) 7 on the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (or adhesive layer) 6, Later, the release paper 7 may be removed, and then the printed paper 8 may be adhered to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 to obtain a printing effect.

According to the present invention, proper printing on the printed layer 5 or printed paper 8 can be used as an advertisement leaflet, a memo paper, or the like instead of an adhesive sticker.

In addition, the use method of the magnetic paper 1 of the present invention is different from that of a general sticker using a general adhesive or an adhesive. In other words, approaching the surface of a multi-pole magnetized magnetic material to the surface of a ferrous metal product (including iron parts, etc.) causes magnetic paper to be adsorbed onto the ferrous metal product by magnetic force and easily separated from the ferrous metal product. Since it is a method of adsorbing by magnetic force rather than adhesives or adhesives, it is difficult to separate them by adhesives when removing leaflets from the surface of an object or the wall of a building, and the adhesive (or adhesive) It remains contaminated while remaining on the surface of an object or on the wall of a building, and the traces remain for a long time, and problems such as deterioration of the aesthetics of the object or building are largely solved.

The present invention as described above is not limited to the present embodiment and the accompanying drawings, various substitutions, modifications and changes are possible within the scope without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, which is usually in the art It is self-evident for those who have knowledge.
