The present invention relates to a composite nucleating agent and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a nucleating agent excellent in flowability and transparency and a method for producing the same.

Generally, various kinds of additives are required for good physical properties of polyolefin-based polymers. Examples of such additives include antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, antistatic agents, lubricants, slip agents, nucleating agents, and the like. Among them, the transparent nucleating agent is an additive that is used to improve transparency and improve physical properties in polypropylene of polyolefin, and forms crystals in a small and homogeneous form, and is frequently added to products used for films and coatings. However, most transparent nucleating agents have many problems in transporting and feeding due to poor adhesiveness or poor fluidity of the transparent nucleating agent, and due to these problems, there is a disadvantage in that the physical properties of the final product are inferior. There is also an economic loss to put in more than the actual input.

무기계로는 탈크, 금속옥사이드계(titanium dioxide, magnesium oxide),In addition, there are many kinds of nucleating agents currently used in polyolefins, including talc, titanium dioxide, magnesium oxide,

Due to poor fluidity, there is a problem in feeding or feeding.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages and to provide a novel composite nucleating agent having a good lubricity and fluidity, easy to insert, and improved transparency, and a method of manufacturing the same.

In order to solve this problem and to improve the performance of the nucleating agent, the sorbitol-based nucleating agent alone or an inorganic nucleating agent or a metal salt-based nucleating agent is mixed with a certain ratio and then coated with a lubricant to improve flow and input properties. In addition, the present invention is to provide a composite nucleating agent having excellent transparency and a method of manufacturing the same.

상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은;The present invention to achieve the object as described above;
