Abstract
Description
본 발명은 복합형 핵제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 특히, 흐름성과 투명성이 우수한 핵제 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a composite nucleating agent and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a nucleating agent excellent in flowability and transparency and a method for producing the same.
일반적으로 폴리올레핀계 고분자의 좋은 물성을 위해서는 여러 가지 종류의 첨가제가 필요하다. 이러한 첨가제의 종류로는 산화방지제, 자외선흡수제, 대전방지제, 윤활제, 슬립방지제, 핵제, 등이 있다. 그 중에서 투명성 핵제는 폴리올레핀 중 폴리프로필렌계에서 투명성을 향상시키고 물성을 좋게하기 위해서 사용되어지는 첨가제로 결정을 작고 균질하게 형성시켜, 필름이나 코팅용으로 사용되는 제품에서 많이 첨가되어지고 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 투명성 핵제는 그 자체의 성질이 점착성이거나, 유동성이 좋지 않아 이송 및 투입상에 많은 문제점이 있고, 이러한 문제점으로 말미암아 최종 제품의 물성에 균질성이 떨어지는 단점이 있다. 또한 실제 투입량보다 많은 양을 넣어야 하는 경제적인 손실도 있다.Generally, various kinds of additives are required for good physical properties of polyolefin-based polymers. 해결하고자 솔비톨계 핵제 단독 또는 무기핵제(탈크, 금속옥사이나 하이드록사이드, 알카리토금속류의 카보네이트나 설페이트계, 하이드로탈사이트계, 제올라이트계등)를 일정비율(핵제 무게의 0.001-50%)혼합한 후 윤활성분의 유기물로 코팅처리된 핵체 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 여기서 사용되어진 윤활성분의 유기물은 RCOOH의 R의 C5-C22의 Acid 및 금속비누(C5-C25의 포화 또는 불포화 지방산에 Li, Zn, Al, Ca, Mg, Co, Cu, Ti, Na, Zr, K, Ba, Mn, Sn등이 치환된 염화물) 또는 다가알콜 및 그 에스테르화합물 등이 사용되어질 수 있고 다른 용도의 고분자 첨가제인 산화방지제, 대전방지제, 기타 자외선 흡수제 등도 코팅 처리하여 사용될 수 있으나, 가장 효과가 좋은 것은 금속비누계 이다. 여기서 사용되는 코팅제의 양은 핵제 무게의 0.001-20%정도 사용할 수 있고 코팅하는 방법은 단순 혼합코팅, 분쇄코팅 및 용융코팅 등의 방법을 사용할 수 있으나, 단순 혼합코팅 및 분쇄코팅이 가장 효과적이고 경제성이 있다.To solve this problem, a mixture of sorbitol-based nucleating agents alone or inorganic nucleating agents (such as talc, metal oxides or hydroxides, carbonates or sulfates of alkali metals, hydrotalcites, zeolites, etc.) are mixed at a constant ratio (0.001-50% of the nucleating agent weight).
