Claims (3)
- 유체중의 입자상 물질을 제거할 수 있는 공극 조절 섬유 여과기 부분으로 섬유줄을 여과나 재생시 공극을 작게 혹은 크게 조절하는 기술에 관한 것임. 섬유줄은 용도에 따라 여러 재질을 선정할 수 있다.가) 섬유 여재를 섬유줄의 형태로 하여 여과재로 사용나) 섬유줄을 섬유줄 지지대에 고정한 후 조임쇠로 섬유줄 간의 공극을 조절한다. 여과시에는 조임쇠를 조여주어 섬유줄을 팽팽히 당겨주어 섬유줄 간의 간격을 좁혀 공극을 미세하게 하여 여과를 실시하고 역세척(backwashing)시에는 조임쇠를 풀어주어 섬유줄을 느슨하게 늘어 뜨려 섬유줄 간의 간격을 넓혀 유체중의 입자상 물질을 떨어내어 역세척을 수행하는 것으로 이 원리의 여과 장치에 관한 것
- 가) 기존의 정수기는 220V의 전원을 필요로 하므로 야외에서 사용하거나 휴대하기가 어려우나 본 공정의 전원 공급 장치는 차량내의 시거 잭에 연결하여 사용 가능하도록 하는 충전식에 관한 고안나) 이산화 티탄과 자외선(TiO2/UV)과의 반응으로 용존성 유기물질과 무기물질, 그리고 박테리아나 바이러스 등을 산화 ·살균하는 TiO2/UV의 고도 산화 처리 장치
- 가) 섬유 여과기와 TiO2/UV의 고도 산화 공정, 그리고 활성탄 흡착 공정의 원리로 이루어진 유체 처리 장치에 관한 것
