그 일예로 종래에는 체결되는 볼트에 결합을 목적으로 하는 너트를 끼워서 조이고 그 후측에 너트의 풀림방지를 목적으로 하는 또 다른 너트를 끼워 너트와 너트를 밀착시켜 고정함으로서 후측에 결합된 너트가 풀려야만 내측의 너트도 풀리게 되는 구조로 되어 볼트 및 너트의 풀림을 방지한 것이 있으나 이는 볼트 및 너트의 풀림속도를 지연시키는 효과는 있으나 풀림자체를 방지하지는 못하는 결점이 있었고 이를 개선하여 볼트에 너트를 끼워서 조임하고 너트와 볼트를 관통하는 구멍을 뚫어서 분할핀으로 볼트와 너트를 동시에 관통하여 체결함으로서 볼트 및 너트의 풀림을 방지한 것이 있으나 이는 너트를 체결후에 핀공을 가공을 해야 함으로작업이 번거롭고 불편하며 생산성이 떨어지고 결합부의 작업공간이 좁으면 핀홀을 형성할 수 없음으로 핀의 설치자체가 어려운 결점이 있었다.For example, conventionally, the nut coupled to the rear side must be loosened by inserting and tightening a nut for coupling to a bolt to be fastened, and inserting another nut for the purpose of preventing loosening of the nut on the rear side thereof.
