Description

A food packing instrument using paper}A food packing instrument using paper

The present invention relates to a food packaging container using paper, and more specifically, to a conventional packaging paper by coating a polyacrylate copolymer with a coating amount of 3 to 10 g / m 2 to produce a food packaging container, harmless to humans The present invention relates to an economical food packaging container that can be recycled and can use a conventional coater.

Currently used food packaging containers are largely divided into three categories: firstly, plastics and styrople as main ingredients; secondly, polyethylene (PE) coating on paper surface, and thirdly, natural packaging. There is a product that uses 100% pulp as the main raw material. However, the first product is recycled and expensive, and the second product is not recycled, which adversely affects the environment during the manufacturing and disposal processes. The third product depends on imports of pulp, which is a raw material. It is economically and environmentally harmful because it is a main raw material, and some food packaging containers use paper products made of uncoated recycled pulp to detect harmful evaporation residues on the human body and cause social controversy. .

In particular, the product used as a food packaging container after coating the polyethylene (PE) on the surface of the paper paper to form a film by coating the polyethylene (PE) with a coating amount of 5 ~ 20 g / ㎡ through a separate processing machine after the existing paper manufacturing process When the company recycles it, there is a problem that industrial waste is not pulped.

Thus, the present inventors completed the present invention by manufacturing a food packaging container by coating a polyacrylate copolymer in an application amount of 3 to 10 g / m 2 to the existing packaging paper to solve the above problems.

Therefore, the present invention is aimed at providing an economical food packaging container which is harmless to the human body, recyclable, and can use an existing coater.

The present invention is characterized by a food packaging container in which a polyacrylate copolymer is coated with a coating amount of 3 to 10 g / cm 2 on the surface of the paper in a food packaging container using paper.

Referring to the present invention in more detail as follows.

The present invention is to produce a food packaging container by coating a predetermined amount of the polyacrylate copolymer on the existing packaging paper to solve the problem that the food packaging container is not recycled using conventional paper can reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution, and also paper The use of recycled pulp in the manufacture of pulp reduces the amount of pulp imports and is an economical food packaging container.

The polyacrylate copolymer characteristically used in the present invention has excellent water resistance and oil resistance, and can be obtained by copolymerizing sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium bisulfite. In addition, the food packaging container according to the present invention is coated on the surface of the existing packaging paper in a coating amount of 3 to 10 g / cm 2 of the above-mentioned polyacrylate copolymer to obtain a food packaging container. If the coating is less than the amount of 3 g / cm 2 when weak resistance to water is evaporated the residue is detected, suitable for use as food packaging containers, and exceeding 10 g / cm 2 quality, but at least the costs are improved less cost competitiveness .

As such, the food packaging container according to the present invention prepared using the above polyacrylate copolymer is endowed with water resistance and oil resistance so that no harmful evaporation residue is detected. In addition, food packaging containers prepared by coating paper using polyethylene in the prior art, because polyethylene is a thermosetting resin, do not decompose after film formation, and pulp through paper-based general dissociation process that imparts a constant pressure and rotational force in the mixed state with water. On the contrary, the polyacrylate copolymer of the present invention can be decomposed and pulped in the general paper dissociation process after use as a thermoplastic resin, and thus can be recycled.

Looking briefly at the manufacturing process of the food packaging container according to the present invention.

First, as in the general papermaking process, pulp (natural and recycled pulp mixture) is used to produce a general uncoated paper through papermaking, pressing, and drying in 3 to 8 combinations. Then, using the existing coating equipment is applied to the polyacrylate copolymer 3 to 10 g / ㎡ on the surface of the paper to prepare a food packaging container. The pulp used when the paper is produced in an uncoated paper state is economically advantageous to mix recycled pulp and natural pulp at a ratio of 6 to 10: 0 to 4 by weight.

As described above, the food packaging container according to the present invention is inserted into the coating process in the existing paper manufacturing process, the manufacturing process of the packaging container is simple and convenient.
