Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an instant transparent soap using the thermoelectric module is provided, to reduce the time of melting and cooling-solidifying processes and to enable a temperature to be controlled more precisely by using the semiconductor thermoelectric module. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of heating and melting the transparent soap composition by employing the thermoelectric module, and cooling and solidifying the molten soap composition by employing the thermoelectric module, thereby reducing the processing time. Also the method enables a desired shape of soap to be prepared by the piece by employing a transparent PE mold.

Description

열전소자를 이용한 즉석 투명비누 제작시스템{Instant Transperant Soap Maker by Thermal Electric Module}Instant Transparent Soap Maker by Thermal Electric Module {Instant Transperant Soap Maker by Thermal Electric Module}

The present invention relates to an instant transparent soap manufacturing system using a thermoelectric element, the general transparent soap manufacturing process is gum-molding molding-primary drying-bubble layer cutting-1primary type-secondary drying-surface soaking and washing-secondary type -It takes the form of surface drying-packing, and recently, in order to cope with a small quantity of orders, it is supplied with a transparent soap base which has been finished with saponification process. After the cooling process, the surface is treated with alcohol to increase the transparency and then the packaging process or other processing for the final shape. However, this process to cope with small orders is also economically secured when the minimum production volume is 10,000 or more due to the input of manpower and production yield.

In the present invention, in order to produce custom-made transparent soap according to the customer's order, the first process is greatly shortened and the minimization of the completion time by the efficiency of the process, and secondly, the fragrance, shape, color, etc. according to the customer's request. First of all, in order to enable immediate production, the semiconductor thermoelectric module is used to reduce the melting and cooling process time, which is the longest working time in the existing transparent soap production process. Extremely shortening and more accurate temperature control. In addition, by minimizing the time and at the same time adopting the semiconductor thermoelectric element module, it minimized the extreme thinness of the equipment and finally reflects the fragrance, additives, color and shape to the production process immediately. The conventional molding process for processing the desired shape was difficult to form individual units, but in the present invention, it is possible to make individual shapes of various shapes using a transparent PE mold, and also to prepare alcohol surface treatment before packaging to improve aesthetic transparency. The process was minimized by integrating the existing packaging process, which had been individually wrapped.

In other words, the transparent PE mold has a superior aesthetic clarity than the surface treatment with alcohol because of the precisely fused and solidified soap on the PE surface and also serves as a mold. By reducing the manual labor ratio, it is possible to secure economic feasibility even by producing individual customized soaps by dramatically reducing labor input and working time.
