Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a luminous printed matter which forms a luminous layer on the surface of the printed matter to collect light at day and emit the collected light at night so that it helps people to see the printed matter clearly even at night. CONSTITUTION: The luminous printed matter is produced by comprising the steps of: (i) preparing the printed paper, in which characters(1a) like printings and writings are printed on the surface of board(1) like a paper or plastic sheet; and (ii) forming the luminous layer(2) which is made from luminous materials on the surface of the printed part at 10-20 micron thickness, in which luminous materials comprises 60% of luminous paint, 30% of transparent U.V. 5% of benzene, 2.5% of hardening agent and 2.5% of silicone liquid.
