Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a functional foodstuff composition with an edible frog and a process thereof. The functional foodstuff composition contains vitamin E, and natural tocopherol, has antioxidation, anti-inflammation and antibiotic activities and reduces cholesterol level in a cell. CONSTITUTION: The functional foodstuff composition is manufactured by the steps of: collecting an ovarian tube from an edible frog, and followed by washing, pulverizing and extracting it; mixing 30-50 part by weight of the extract, 10-30 part by weight of soybean milk, 10-30 part by weight of Hibiscus flower oil, 0.1-1.0 part by weight of propolis extract and 1-3 part by weight of a flavoring agent; and homogenizing the mixture.
