Description
Claims (26)
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 비즈니스 프로세스 도메인에 대한 전문가 지식(expert knowledge)을 포함하는 지식 베이스(knowledge base);상기 지식 베이스에 연결되고, 부분 오더 플래너(partial order planner)를 포함하는 추론 엔진(inference engine);하나 또는 그 이상의 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 데이터를 수집 및 분배하고, 하나 또는 그 이상의 목적(goals)을 판단하는 관리 시스템; 및상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 정보를 디스플레이하는 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI) 시스템을 포함하고,여기서, 상기 추론 엔진은 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 목적 중 적어도 하나를 달성하기 위한 플랜(plan)을 결정하기 위해 상기 부분 오더 플래너를 사용하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지식 베이스는 하나 또는 그 이상의 플랜-목적 그래프(plan-goal graphs: PGG)를 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지식 베이스는 하나 또는 그 이상의 개념 그래프를 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 추론 엔진은 하나 또는 그 이상의 플랜 인스턴스(instances)를 생성하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 개념 그래프 중 적어도 하나는 상기 추론 엔진에 의해 생성된 상기 플랜 인스턴스에 의해 제공되는 경제적 이익의 비-단조(non-monotonic) 모델을 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 추론 엔진은 상기 부분 오더 플래너의 커미트먼트 레벨(commitment level)에 따라 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 플랜 인스턴스의 라이프 사이클 상태를 관리하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 추론 엔진은 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 플랜 인스턴스의 상기 라이프 사이클 상태에 따라 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 개념 그래프를 이용하여 상황(situation)의 모니터링을 관리하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 추론 엔진은 상기 상황의 모니터링에 기반하여 상기 부분 오더 플래너에 의해 어떠한 프로세싱이 더 필요한지를 판단하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지식 베이스는 하나 또는 그 이상의 스크립트(scripts)를 포함하고, 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 스크립트의 각각은 전체적(fully) 또는 부분적으로(partially) 특정된 일련의 액션을 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 추론 엔진은 의도 해석기(intent interpreter)를 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 추론 엔진은 비-단조 진리 유지 시스템(non-monotonic truth maintenance system)을 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지식 베이스는 데이터의 테이블을 포함하고, 상기 각 테이블은 0개 또는 그 이상의 데이터 기록을 저장하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 지식 베이스에 저장된 데이터를 포함하는 데이터 보안 메커니즘을 더 포함하는 공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 데이터 보안 메커니즘은 상기 지식 베이스내의 하나 또는 그 이상의 테이블에 대한 액세스 제어 리스트를 유지하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 데이터 보안 메커니즘은 상기 지식 베이스내의 하나 또는 그 이상의 데이터 기록에 대한 액세스 제어 리스트를 유지하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부분 오더 플래너는 최소 커미트먼트 플래너(least commitment planner)인공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 공급 체인 관리를 수행하는 방법에 있어서,공급 체인 참여자(participant)에 대한 목적을 판단하는 단계; 및상기 판단된 목적을 만족시키는 플랜을 생성하기 위해 지식 베이스를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.

- 제23항에 있어서,상기 지식 베이스는 하나 또는 그 이상의 개념 그래프를 포함하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 다수의 지능형 에이전트의 각 에이전트는 하나 또는 그 이상의 사용자의 의도(intentions)를 판단하고,여기서, 상기 다수의 지능형 에이전트의 제1 에이전트의 데이터 관리 시스템은 협력(collaboration)을 용이하게 하기 위해, 상기 판단된 하나 또는 그 이상의 사용자 의도를 나타내는 데이터를 상기 다수의 지능형 에이전트의 제2 에이전트와 함께 공유하는공급 체인 관리 시스템.
