POROUS PLASTIC MOLDING PRODUCT INJECTION METHOD USING WATER SOLUBLE MEDIUM}POROUS PLASTIC MOLDING PRODUCT INJECTION METHOD USING WATER SOLUBLE MEDIUM

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic molded article, and more particularly, a method of injecting a porous plastic molded article using a water soluble medium for preparing a porous plastic by mixing a water soluble medium with a plastic resin and then injecting the molded product and immersing it in water. It is about.

In general, a method of manufacturing a plastic molded article is obtained by melting the plastic resin and then molding the plastic resin by an injection molding machine.

However, the plastic molded article thus injected has a problem in that its use is limited to a closed type because it is not permeable.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and to produce a plastic molded article having a high strength in the same volume as that of a general injection molded article, being lightweight, and allowing passage of water or air.

A melting step of melting the plastic resin mixed with the water-soluble medium,

상기 단계에서 용융된 플라스틱 수지를 사출기로 성형하는 사출 단계와,An injection step of molding the molten plastic resin with the injection machine;

It is characterized by consisting of a dissolution step of immersing the molded molding in water to dissolve the water-soluble medium.

Here, the mixing ratio is

Water-soluble media Non-plastic resin is mixed at a ratio of 4: 6 to 6: 4.

Here too, the water soluble mediator is sodium chloride (Na Cl).

Hereinafter, the process and action of the porous plastic molded article injection method using the water-soluble medium according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

1 is a process chart for explaining the process of the injection molding method of a porous plastic molded article using a water-soluble medium according to the present invention, Figure 2 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the injection method of a porous plastic molded article using a water-soluble medium according to the present invention.

1 and 2, the present invention first mixes a powder or particles of a water-soluble medium soluble in water to a plastic resin at a predetermined ratio (S1). Here, it is preferable that the water-soluble medium ratio plastic resin is mixed at a ratio of 4: 6 to 6: 4, and mixed at a ratio of 5: 5, and the mixing ratio can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the thickness and use of the molded article. Here, as the water-soluble medium, sodium chloride (Na Cl) is used.

(S3).Then, the plastic resin mixed with the water-soluble medium is melted (S2), and the molten plastic resin is molded by an injection molding machine (S3).

(S4).When the molding is completed, the molded article is immersed in water for a predetermined time (time for dissolving the water-soluble medium completely) to dissolve the water-soluble medium (S4).

When the plastic molded article is manufactured in this manner, voids are formed in the molded article, and thus, when the molded article is used as a case of an electronic product, ventilation of the molded article can be performed by itself so that the inside of the molded article is not forced.

In addition, the cross-section of the molded article having voids has a structure in which plastic resins are connected to each other like a sponge, so that the effective cross-sectional area is increased, and thus, a conductive material may be applied to the finished porous product to be used as an electromagnetic wave absorbing and shielding agent.

In addition, since the weight is lighter than the general injection molded articles of the same volume and various pores are formed, it is possible to manufacture a structure of high strength with the same volume, and to filter by itself.

On the other hand, by adjusting the particle size of the solubilizing medium according to the application, the size of the pores can be varied, so that it is possible to apply a wide range of applications in industrial sites, such as sound absorbents as well as daily life, such as flooring of flood paper.

As described above, according to the method for injecting a porous plastic molded article using a water-soluble medium according to the present invention, it has a high strength even in the same volume as a general injection molded article, can increase the effective cross-sectional area, and can be lightened, and can be water or air. The plastic molded article which can pass through can be manufactured.

Therefore, the porous injection-molded article can be used for structure design, breathable case, filtration filter, electromagnetic wave absorbing and shielding agent, sound absorbing agent, drainage flooring and the like.
