Abstract

PURPOSE: A check valve with a built-in magnetic force-rubber tube of opening and shutting fluid flow is provided to facilitate the opening and shutting of fluid flow by improving the structure. CONSTITUTION: A lower magnetic force-rubber plate(10) and an upper magnetic force-rubber plate(2) is formed to a magnetic force-rubber tube(1) and is built in a check valve body(23). The magnetic force-rubber tube is fixed to an extension spring -fixing ring(9) formed to the magnetic force-rubber tube and an extension spring-fixing ring(7) formed inside the check valve body by an extension spring(8), to effectively prevent separation of the magnetic force-rubber tube. A protruded pin(16) and an inclined blade(20) are formed at the flange(21) of the check valve body and are fitted into an inclined fitting groove(17) formed to a combining ring(19) and an uneven fitting groove and protruded blade(18), and at the same time a protruded pin(6) is fitted into a protruded pin-fitting hole(12) formed to a rubber plate flange formed to the magnetic force-rubber tube, to prevent pressure of fluids from not leaking out. For easy assembling of the check valve with the magnetic force-rubber tube within, an angled nut(4) of the fluid outlet side, a spiral groove(5) for the piping of the fluid outlet side, an angled nut(15) of the fluid inlet side, and a spiral groove(14) for piping of the fluid inlet side are formed.
