Abstract

PURPOSE: A dialing method for making an international phone call in an artificial intelligence cellular phone is provided to easily make the international phone call in an artificial intelligence system. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone recognizes a current location region according to a system code received from an adjacent network company while the cellular phone pages another cellular phone in international roaming by selecting a telephone number from a telephone directory.
