Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a hula hoop which builds plural balls in a circular ring and rotates them in a contact state so that it repeats to relax and shrink each joint of backbone. CONSTITUTION: The hula hoop is characterized by comprising the parts of: a belt part(10) which is worn around users' waist; the circular ring(30) which includes plural balls(32) with certain weight at an internal empty space wherein projections(39) are formed at the internal side of the circular ring at regular intervals to vibrate the internal side of the circular ring by a rolling ball; and a connection part(20) which connects the circular ring and the belt part.
