종래에도 여러개의 구멍을 뚫은 패널의 내에다 스폰지등의 흡음제를 충진하여서된 흡음판넬이 공지되어 있고 또한 횡으로 길게 돌기와 요부를 형성하여 소음을 반사시킬 수 있도록한 차음판넬이 공지되어 있으나 전자인 흡음판넬은 내부에 충진되는 고가의 흡음제로 인하여 생산비가 상승될 뿐만 아니라 소음을 주택가의 반대쪽으로 반사시키는 차음효율은 발휘시킬수 없는 문제가 있고 또한 차음판넬은 소음을 흡수제거하는 효율은 발휘시킬 수 없음과 아울러 돌기와 요부는 횡방향으로 길게 형성하여서된 것이기 때문에 여러방향에서 발생되는 소음이 부딪쳐 반사되는 반사효율이 양호하게 이루어지지 못하게 되어 차음판넬로서의 소기의 목적을 충분히 달성시킬 수 없는 문제가 있었다.Conventionally, a sound absorbing panel in which a sound absorbing agent such as a sponge is filled in a panel having a plurality of holes is known, and a sound absorbing panel which reflects noise by forming protrusions and recesses in the horizontal direction is known, but the sound absorbing panel is known.
