본 고안은 종래 맨홀틀과 맨홀뚜껑으로 구성되어지는 맨홀에 있어서 상기 맨홀틀(30)의 뚜껑걸림턱(31)에 돌출대삽입공(41)이 천공된 돌출편(40)을 형성하고, 맨홀뚜껑(10)의 저부에는 돌출대(20)를 돌설시키되 상기 돌출편(40)의 돌출대삽입공(41)과 동일한 위치에 형성하도록 구성하므로써, 홍수시 하수관으로부터 역류된 빗물에 의해 맨홀뚜껑이 맨홀틀로부터 이탈된다고 하더라도 맨홀뚜껑의 돌출대가 맨홀틀의 돌출대삽입공에 내삽되어 있으므로 맨홀뚜껑의 위치는 변동되지 않으므로 홍수시 맨홀이 물에 잠겨있다 하더라도 보행자가 맨홀구멍에 빠지는 불상사는 방지할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention is formed in the manhole consisting of a manhole frame and a manhole cover in the prior art to form a protruding piece 40 in which the protrusion insertion hole 41 is perforated in the lid catching jaw 31 of the manhole frame 30.
