본, 고안은 스트립 부식을 방지하기 위하여 사용되는 방청유를 사용하고 난후 방청유에 포함되어 있는 오일성분을 추출해 내기위한 스트립 방청유의 오일 성분 포집장치에 관한 것으로, 잔류 방청유에 (-)전극을 부여하는 전극봉과 그 리드선 그리고 (-)전극을 부여받은 잔류방청유중 오일성분을 포집하는 (+)전극판으로 이루어진 1차오일성분 포집장치와, 오일성분이 1차포집되고 진행하는 잔류 방청유가 휠터판을 통과하기 위하여 잠시정지를 이루는 정체부와 이 정체부로부터 다단계를 거쳐 오일성분이나 기타 불순물을 횔터링해주는 휠터판으로 이루어진 2차포집장치로 이루어져 오일성분포집장치 본체를 형성하여서 된 것이다.The present invention relates to an oil component collecting device of strip rust preventive oil for extracting oil components contained in rust preventive oil after using rust preventive oil used to prevent strip corrosion.
