본 고안은 가정이나 사업장에서 전기에 대한지식이 부족하고 위험성을 모르는 어린이, 노약자 및 일반인에게 안전을 제고함이며 특히 어린이가 젓가락이나 송곳등을 콘센트구멍에 넣었을 경우 감전의 우려가 많으므로, 본 고안서에 따르면 콘센트 내부에서 전원연결을 바꾸게 하여 젓가락을 넣은 곳에는 전기가 통하지 않고 다른 곳에 전기가 통하도록 고안을 하였다. 특히 기존의 전기제품에 부착되어 있는 플러그를 변경 또는 교체가 필요 하지않으며 다만 새로운 콘센트를 구입하여 시공만 하여도 되도록 하였음.The present invention improves safety for children, the elderly and the general public who lack knowledge of electricity and do not know the risks at home or at work, and especially when children put chopsticks or awl in the outlet hole, there is a risk of electric shock.
