Description

VALVE HAND COVER {VALVE HANDLE COVER}

본 고안은 산업용으로 사용되고 있는 버터플라이(BUTTERFLY) 밸브(VALVE)중 손잡이(HANDLE)를 보호하는 커버(COVER)에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cover that protects the handle (HANDLE) of the butterfly (VALVE) valve used in the industry.

버터플라이 밸브 손잡이 (BUTTERFLY VALVE HANDLE COVER:이하 생략)는 통상 실외의 노출된 공간에 사용하고 있다.The butterfly valve handle (BUTTERFLY VALVE HANDLE COVER) is typically used for outdoor open spaces.

버터플라이 밸브 손잡이(1)와 일치하는 손잡이 커버(3)를 제작하여손잡이(1)를 보호함으로써 손잡이(1)가 부식되는 것을 방지하고 밸브의 수명을 연장하기 위함이다.This is to protect the handle 1 by manufacturing the handle cover 3 corresponding to the butterfly valve handle 1 to prevent corrosion of the handle 1 and to extend the life of the valve.

손잡이 커버(3)를 버터플라이 밸브에 체결함으로써 손잡이(1)가 외부의 환경에 의하여 부식이 되는 것을 방지할수 있으며 또한 부식으로 인한 토양의 오염을 방지하고 산업체에서는 주기적으로 밸브를 바꾸어야 하는 단점을 보완하여 재료비 부담을 줄일수 있고 버터플라이 밸브의 손잡이가(1) 기능을 상실하여 중요한 시기에 밸브로써의 역할을 할수 없으면 산업체에서는 막대한 손실을 초래한다.By fastening the handle cover 3 to the butterfly valve, the handle 1 can be prevented from being corroded by the external environment, and it also prevents soil contamination due to corrosion and compensates for the disadvantage that the industry must periodically change the valve.
