전기 6가지 기능을 수용하는 회로도(도1)를 설계하여 구성도(도2) 모양의 P.C.B보드를 만들어TURNSTILE GATE 메카니즘 회전축 상단에 장착이 용이 하도록 P.C.B 보드 3곳에 구멍을 뚫어 상판보도에 끼워 너트로 고정할 수 있도록 하였으며 구성도(도2)와 같은 모양의 아크릴판에 결선도를 전사하여 부품리스트에 명기된 부품을 배열 조립하였으며, P.C.B우측면(TB2, TB1)에 접점신호±5V-24V신호 (CN4)에 입구출구 변환 스위치, 카운터(CN3)에 통과 금지 램프(CN2)에 솔레노이드(CN1)에 전원코드, P.C.B 상부 회전축면에 4개의 홀센서를 배열하여 조작이 용이 하도록 구성하였다.Design a circuit board (Fig. 1) to accommodate 6 electric functions and make a PCB board shaped like a diagram (Fig. 2) and drill holes on 3 PCB boards for easy mounting on the top of the rotary gate mechanism.
