본 고안은 온수난방판에 관한 것으로 더욱 구체적인 것은, 상하판(1)(2) 사이에 세로벽(3)을 넣어 세로벽과 세로벽 사이에 공간(4)이 유지되게 압출시킨 합성수지제 성형판을 받침판(a)으로 하여 그 위에 목분과 숯가루를 합성수지접착제와 혼합하여 성형한 숯보드(b)를 적층 부착하고 그위에 중밀도섬유판(MDF)(c)을 적층부착한후 상면에 황토(d')를 코팅한 철판(d)을 부착하여 적층판을 구성하고 적층판 내부에 온수관(e)을 내장할수 있게 온수관 삽입홈(f)을 형성시켜 이루어지고 MDF판 밑으로 절개홈(i)이 구비되는 구성이며 아울러 본 고안은 받침판(a) 위에 온수삽입홈(f)이 유지되게 숯보드(b)를 이간시켜 부착하고 숯보드(b)가 위에 적층되는 중밀도섬유판(c)은 숯보드(b) 끝보다 돌출되게 적층시켜 삽입홈(f) 입구(f')가 온수관 보다 좁게 형성시켜 삽입홈 내부에는 반원통 형상의 단열판(g)을 개재하고 단열판 내면에서 중밀도 섬유판을 통해 철판 밑에 이르기까지 은박지로된 전열판(h)을 개입시킴으로서 온수관의 열기가 전열판을 통해 철판(d)으로 쉽게 전열이 되어 전체가 골고루 더워지고 황토코팅으로 인체에 유익한 이점을 얻을수 있으며 받침판과 숯보드의 적층판 밑으로 가로세로 절개홈(i)이 있어서 온수난방판을 시공할때 변형되는 것을 막을수 있고 이러한 고안으로 시공이 용이하여 경제적인 이점을 얻을수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a hot water heating plate, and more specifically, a molding plate made of a synthetic resin extruded to insert a vertical wall 3 between the upper and lower plates 1 and 2 to maintain the space 4 between the vertical wall and the vertical wall.
