본 고안은 건물의 바닥에서 도어를 열거나 닫을때의 충격을 유압식으로 완충시켜주면서 도어를 지지해주는 플로어힌지에 관한 것으로 힌지작동장치의 유압을 조정해주는 조정볼트를 손쉽게 조작할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 이물질의 유입을 방지해줄수 있도록 해주시 위해서 힌지작동장치(11)의 조정볼트(13)와 대응하는 암나사구멍(14)을 덮개(12)에 형성하되 암나사구멍(14)주위에 확장된 요입부(19)를 형성하고, 암나사구멍(14)과 나선결합되는 숫나사부(17)와, 확장된요입부(19)와 밀착되는 헤드(16)에 드라이버홈(1)을 가진 캡(18)을 덮개(12)에 결합한 플로어힌지임.The present invention relates to a floor hinge that supports the door by hydraulically buffering the impact of opening or closing the door on the floor of a building, and makes it easy to operate the adjusting bolt for adjusting the hydraulic pressure of the hinge operating device. 일반적으로 플로어힌지는 도어를 여닫을 때의 충격을 유압식으로 완충시켜줄수 있도록 되어 있는바, 종래의 플로어힌지는 건물의 바닥에 매입, 고정되는 케이싱과, 이 케이싱에 내장되는 힌지작동장치와, 이 힌지작동장치의 피버트만이 노출되도록 케이싱의 상부를 덮는 덮개로 이루어져 있다. 특히 덮개가 케이싱의 플랜지에 나사로 고정되어 있고, 힌지작동장치에 담겨진 작동유체가 겨절변화에 따라 점도가 변할 경우 완충력에 변화를 초래하게 되는 까닭에 즉, 도어를 여닫을 때의 속도가 원하지 않게 변화되므로 이를 조절해주기 위해서는 덮개를 고정시켜주고 있던 나사를 풀어서 덮개를 제거한 다음 힌지작동장치의 상부에 있는 조정볼트를 잠그거나 풀어주어야만 했었기 때문에 유지, 보수하는데 많은 불편이 야기되어왔었다.In general, the floor hinge is configured to hydraulically dampen the impact of opening and closing the door.
