Abstract

본 고안은 바느질용 바늘에 실을 간단하게 끼울 수 있도록 바늘귀의 변에 통로를 낸 바느질용 바늘에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sewing needle that has a passage in the side of the needle ear so that the thread can be simply inserted into the sewing needle.

이는 도1, 도2 , 도6 에서 보는 바와 같이 통로입구의 홈(5)과 실 투입 통로(4)가 바늘귀의 변(3)에 갖추어진 구조로 되어 있다. 또한 ,여기에 실을 끼우려면 도3 에서와 같이 바늘귀의 변(3)에 실을 걸고 밑으로 잡아당기면서 동시에 실(7)을 'A'방향으로 끌어가면, 실(7)이 통로입구홈(5)에 걸리게되고, 이어서 통로 (4)를 통해 바늘귀의 구멍으로 들어가게 된다.As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 6, the groove 5 of the passage inlet and the thread input passage 4 are provided in the side 3 of the needle ear. 본 고안은 바느질용 실을 쉽고 간단하게 끼울 수 있도록 바늘귀의 변에 통로를 낸 바느질용 바늘에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sewing needle having a passage in the side of the needle ear to easily and simply fit the sewing thread.

종래의 바느질용 바늘(이하:' 바늘'이라 칭함)은 바늘귀의 변이 폐쇄형으로된 구멍의 형태였다.Conventional sewing needles (hereinafter referred to as 'needle') were in the form of holes in which the sides of the needle ears are closed.

여기에 실을 끼울려면 실 끝에 물이나 침을 묻혀 뾰족하게 다듬은 다음 바늘귀의 구멍에 관통시켜야만 했다. 그런데 이런 방법으로 실을 끼울려면 상당한 시력과 집중력이 필요하며, 설사 그렇게하여도 수차례 실패를 거듭하는등 매우 성가신 일이며, 더욱이 나이가 많은 사람이거나 시력이 약한 사람들에겐 거의 불가능한 일이었다.To thread it, it had to be pointed at the end of the thread with water or saliva and penetrated through the eye of the needle. 도1, 도2, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 바늘귀는 실 투입 통로 입구의 홈(5)과 실투입 통로(4)가 바늘의 진행 방향으로 경사지게 뚫려 있는 구조로 되어 있다. 이는 바늘에 실(7)을 끼우고자 할 때, 도3과 같이 한손으로는 바늘의 몸통 (2)을 잡고 다른 손으로는 바늘귀의 변(3)에 실을 걸어,밑에서'D'방향으로 잡아당기면서 동시에'A' 방향으로 실을 끌어 진행 시키면 실(7)은 실 투입 통로입구 홈(5)에 걸리게 되고, 이어서 실 투입 통로(4)를 통해 바늘귀의 구멍에 들어가게 된다.As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 6, the needle ear has a structure in which the groove 5 and the thread input passage 4 of the thread input passage inlet are inclined in the direction of travel of the needle.
