Abstract

최근 운전중의 휴대폰의 사용에 의한 교통사고가 증가하고 있으며 이를 예방하고자 운전중의 휴대폰 사용금지를 법제화 하였다. 이러한 추세로 차량용 핸드프리의 사용이 급증하게 될 것이다. 기존에 판매되고 있는 차량용 핸드 프리의 구성은 충전기 타입의 본체와 충전 및 핸드 프리용 전원선이 차량 전원부로 연결되며 휴대폰과 외부 스피커에 연결될 단자를 별도로 핸드폰 으로부터 연결을 시켜 주어야 한다. 그러나 최근 휴대폰 건전지의 발달로 사용시간이 증가하여 자주 충전할 필요가 없으며 휴대폰의 소형화로 인해 외부 접속단자도 작아져 매번 핸드프리 사용시 접속단자를 연결하기 매우 번거롭다. 그리고 핸드프리의 차량 전원부로부터 연결되는 전원공급선은 차량 실내에 노출이 되어 외관상 보기 좋지 않다. 본 고안은 위에서 언급한 문제점을 개선하고자 차량용 핸드 프리에 휴대폰을 거치만 자동으로 두 기기 사이에 신호선이 연결이 되며 전원도 핸드폰의 자체 전원을 사용하여 차량 전원부에서부터 배선도 필요 없게 하였다. 그 외 핸드프리의 마이크와 스피커도 핸드프리에 내장시켜 차량 실내 어디에나 장착이 가능하다. 본 고안은 이러한 개선점에 본 고안의 요지가 있다.In recent years, traffic accidents have increased due to the use of mobile phones while driving. 본 고안에 앞서 기존의 휴대폰과 건전지와의 연결 구성에 대해 언급을 하면 [그림 4] 와 같다. 휴대폰 건전지의 본체 뒷면에는 접점이 있다. 이는 휴대폰을 충전기에 장착시 충전기의 단자와 결합을 하여 전기적으로 연결, 충전을 하는 단자이다. 이러한 전기적 구조로 건전지를 충전기로 충전할 수도 있으며 반대로 휴대폰 건전지를 충전기에서 사용도 할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 점을 착안하여 본 고안을 [그림 1]과 같이 구성하였다. 핸드프리 내부에는 기존에 외부로 노출 되던 스피커와 마이크를 내장 시켰으며 핸드프리 전원은 차량 전원을 사용하지 않고 휴대폰 충전단자를 통해 휴대폰의 건전지를 이용하여 차량 전원부로부터 연결되던 전원선을 필요없게 하였다.Prior to the present invention, referring to the connection configuration between the existing mobile phone and the battery, as shown in [Figure 4]. 핸드프리의 외부 연결 배선은 크게 외부 전원선, 휴대폰 연결 신호선, 외부 스피커 및 마이크 선 위 세가지가 있다. 이러한 배선은 차량의 외관상 좋지 않고, 핸드프리의 장착에 큰 제약이 있다. 이러한 불편함을 없애고자 기존의 제품 중 핸드프리 자체에 마이크와 스피커를 내장한 경우가 있으나 아직 전원선과 핸드폰 신호선은 그대로 외부 배선 형태로 사용이 되고 있다 . 그러나 본 고안은 핸드폰의 건전지 단자에서 핸드프리에 필요한 전원을 공급받아 외부 전원선을 제거 하였으며 핸드폰의 하단부 연결 소켓이 핸드프리에 장착되는 위치에 연결 단자대를 일체화 시켜 휴대폰 연결 신호선도 제거를 하였다. 이러한 결과 핸드프리의 독립화가 가능하며 일체 외부 연결선이 필요없게 되었다. 이러한 결과 본 고안의 효과로 핸드 프리를 차량 실내 어디에서나 장착이 가능하며 차량 내부의 외관에도 좋은 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 그리고 가장 중요한 점으로 운전중인 운전자에게는 핸드프리 사용시 배선을 할 필요가 없으므로 매우 편리하게 사용할 수가 있으며 운전에 집중할 수가 있다.There are three types of hand-free external wirings on the external power line, mobile phone signal line, external speaker and microphone line.
