Abstract
본 고안은 실내용 흡음자재로써 아파트 내부 및 각종 건축물 벽면 내부에 설치되어 층간, 격간의 소음 파장을 흡수, 흡음하는데 사용되는 흡음판에 관한 것으로서 폐타이어 고무칩과 왕겨(CHAFF)를 이용하여 건축물 구조상의 경량화와 흡수층을 통한 전체적인 소음의 흡음효과를 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention is a sound absorbing material for indoor use, which is installed in the inside of apartments and various building walls and is used for absorbing and absorbing the noise wavelength between floors and intervals. 본 고안은 실내용 흡음자재로서 아파트 내부 및 각종 건축물 벽면 내부에 설치되어 층간, 격간의 소음 파장을 흡수, 흡음하는데 사용되는 흡음판에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sound absorbing plate used to absorb and absorb noise wavelengths between floors and spaces between interiors of apartments and various building walls as indoor sound absorbing materials.

제 1도는 본 고안 흡음판의 구조를 보인 사시도이고 제 2도는 본 고안의 내부구조를 보인 부분측단면도이며 제 3도는 본 고안의 사용상태를 표시한 사용상태 사시도로써 폐타이어를 잘게 분쇄,성형하여 만든 고무칩(3)을 이용한 흡음판(1)을 제조함에 있어 먼저 1단계로 배합생질고무(4)와 옹제를 혼합한 고무액을 만들어 왕겨(2)와 섞어 혼합하고 2단계로 폐타이어 고무칩(3) 0.6mm - 10mm 와 안료 및 1단계에서 제조된 고무액을 섞어 우레탄 바인더 중량 0.5% - 20% 를 배합하여 공기 중에서 건조 시킨 후 흡음판(1)을 성형, 제조하였다.1 is a perspective view showing the structure of the sound absorbing plate of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial side cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a working state perspective view showing the use state of the present invention. 이와 같은 과정에 의해 성형,제조된 흡음판재는 기존의 제품에 비해 경량화를 갖추었고 복잡한 구성이나 단일복합재질이 아닌 비대칭 제품에 비해 두께와 크기에 있어 다양한 제작이 가능하며 안료에 의한 착색또한 자유로워 건축 내장재뿐 아니라 마감재로서도 외관이 수려하고 시공이 간편하다. 또한 왕겨를 이용함으로 소음파장을 발산시키지않고 일종의 흡수층을 형성하여 소음이 소멸될 수 있도록 흡음효과를 높일 수 있으며 폐타이어를 이용한 고무칩은 재활용의 측면에서나 원가절감등의 차원에서도 좋은 소재로써 흡음성,경량성,경제성 뿐만 아니라 배합생질고무와 함께 작용하여 탄성을 가짐으로서 내충격에 대한 진동감쇄효과와 뛰어난 내구성을 갖는 등 실내용 흡음자재로서 아파트 내부 및 각종 건축물 벽면 내부 흡음재로서 층간,격간의 소음을 차단,흡음하는데 유용함을 갖는다.The sound-absorbing plate material formed and manufactured by such a process has a lighter weight than the existing product, and can be manufactured in various thicknesses and sizes in comparison with asymmetric products that are not complicated configurations or single composite materials.
