Abstract

통상의 세면기 배수밸브의 밸브가이드는 핀이 직선으로 형성되어있으며 씨트와의 접촉부는 오링 이거나 금속이 직접 접촉함으로서 작동 시에 소음이 발생함으로, 유체에 회전력이 발생(發生)하며, 밸브의 접촉부는 연질 재로서 접촉하도록 하고 밸브와 가이드 을 분해조립이 용이하도록 나사로 결합함으로서 경쾌(輕快) 한 배수작용과 ,내부의 오물청소가 보다 간편하도록 구성한 '핀이 비틀린 밸브가이드'이다,Normally, the valve guide of the basin drain valve has a straight pin. 세면기 배수변(排水弁)의 밸브머리(1)의 암나사(1-1) [도-2 ] 에 시드(seat)와의 접촉부에 연질 시드패킹(3)과 패킹보호와셔(4)을 삽입하여 패킹을 보호하도록 조합한것을 [도-1] 가이드(2)의 수나사(2-1)로서 체결하여 접촉 소음을 감소하며 수시로 분해하여 청소가 용이하도록 하였으며밸브 가이드 (valve guide )의 중심축을 기준으로 핀(fin)부분을 비틀어 비틀린 가이드핀(2-2) [도- 2] 을 형성하여 유체가 회전하도록 하였으며 레버 삽입 구멍(2-3)은 카바(2-4)를 씌워 삽입된 내부레버에 오물의 부착방지 와 오물이 쉽게 방출되도록 하였으며A soft seed packing (3) and a packing protective washer (4) are inserted into the contact portion with the seed in the female screw (1-1) [Fig. 2] of the valve head 1 of the basin drain valve.
