Abstract
본 고안은 종래에 생산공장에서 발생하는 오염된 매연, 유해가스를 세정, 집진할 때에는 본체 내 상측에 세라믹이나 P.P 등의 충진물을 충진하여 강제 유입되는 매연과 유해가스를 통과시킬 때에 분사노즐로 분사되는 물을 충진층에서 접촉시켜 처리를 하였으나, 함유량이 많은 매연이나 접착성이 강한 유해가스는 충진물에달라 붙어 막히는 현상이 발생하면 송풍기에 부하가 발생하고 집진효율이 저하되므로 인해 가동을 중지하고 충진물의 청소와 교체를 해야 하는 등의 폐단을 해소하기위해 본체 내부 중앙에 다수개의 경사익편을 등간격으로 겹치게 하면서 간격부를 두고 용접부로 일체가 되게 용접하여 간격부를 통해 강제 배기되는 매연가스를 상측의 분사노즐에서 분사되는 세정수의 수막에 의해 세정 집진 처리하므로써 작업장의 혼탁한 공기를 맑게 하여 쾌적한 작업환경을 유지해 줄 수 있도록 고안한 것임.In order to clean and collect the contaminated fumes and harmful gases generated in the production plant, the present invention is filled with a filler such as ceramic or PP in the upper part of the main body and sprayed with the injection nozzle when passing the forced fumes and harmful gases.
