Abstract

Description
본 고안은 전극선을 내장한 형광등용 점등관에 관한것으로서 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a lighting tube for a fluorescent lamp with an electrode wire, which will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
종래의 형광등용 점등관 (1)은 외부로 돌출된 전극핀(2)(2')을 점등관 전용소켓(3)에 삽입 장착하고, 전극선(7)(7')을 점등관 전용소켓(3)의 돌출된 전극단자(5)(5')에 납땝 용접(6)(6')하고 전극선의 한쪽을 형광등 필라멘트단자(8)(8')에 접속하였던 것이다. 본 고안은 전극선의 한쪽을 점등관(1') 내부로 삽입, 바이메탈스위치(9)의 양극 리드선(10)(10')에 압착(11)(11')연결하고 다른 한쪽은 점등관(1')의 외부로 인출, 형광등 필라멘트 단자(8)(8')에 직접 접속 사용하도록 한것이다. 이와같이된 본 고안은 점등관 전용소켓(3)을 사용하지 않음으로써 점등관 전용소켓(3)내부에서 발생할수 있는 점등관(1) 전극핀(2)(2')과 소켓내부의 접촉편과의 접촉불량을 예방할 수 있고, 취급이 간편하며 점등관 전용소켓(3)을 사용하지 않아 원가절감 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.The conventional lighting tube 1 for fluorescent lamps is fitted with electrode pins 2 (2 ') protruding outward into the lighting tube dedicated socket (3), and the electrode lines (7) (7') of the lighting tube dedicated socket (3).
