본 고안은 병원균이 잔재된 폐축산을 증기드럼에 투입시킨 후 고압스팀으로 장시간 가열하여 병원균이 완전 살균되고 부피가 상당 부분 줄어들므로써 전염의 재발성이 없는 것은 물론 사료의 원료로서 사용가능 하고 후처리작업이 용이하며 땅속매장에 따른 불필요한 공간 확보가 필요치 않게 된다.The present invention puts waste livestock containing pathogens into the steam drum and heats it with a high pressure steam for a long time to completely sterilize the pathogens and reduce the volume of the pathogens.
