Abstract

본 고안은 비디오 테이프 카세트가 레코더에 미장착시 테이프 릴의 회전을 방지하는 록킹구조의 부분으로서, 고정레버를 제어하는 해제레버와 하부케이스를 단일체로 형성한 비디오 테이프 카세트의 해제레버를 고안한 것으로, 종래는 해제레버와 하부케이스가 별도로 요구됨에 따라 각각 두개의 부품을 성형 제작 하여야 했으며, 또한 조립공수도 증가하게 되는 폐단이 있었는데, 본 고안은 해제레버(18)의 일측면을 하부케이스(10)와 접합된 상태로 성형하여 고정부(20)를 형성시키되, 해제레버(18)와 고정부(20)의 경계부에 절곡홈(21)을 형성시켜 해제핀(40)의 삽탈동작에 의하여 해제레버(18)가 상하로 일정각도 만큼 회동될 때 해제레버(18)의 재료자체의 탄성력으로 복원성을 갖도록 한 것이다.The present invention is a part of the locking structure that prevents the rotation of the tape reel when the video tape cassette is not installed in the recorder, and devises the release lever of the video tape cassette in which the release lever for controlling the fixed lever and the lower case are formed in one piece.
