Abstract

근래에 들어 환경의 심한문제로 정수기는 필수화 되고 있다.
냉온 정수기는 온수, 냉수로 나뉘어 있는데, 온수 밸브 부분에 어린이에대한 경고문 외엔 아무런 조치가 되어 있지 않아서 어른들이 한눈파는사이 또는 아이들만 있는 경우 어린이들이 온수 밸브를 작동시켜 손과 얼굴등에 화상을 입는 사고가 발생한다. 이사고를 막기위해 온수 Line에 Solenoid Valve를 설치하고, 냉온 정수기 상단부에 PHOTO SENSOR를 설치하여 PHOTO SENSOR에 감지되었을 경우에만 Solenoid Valve가 작동하여 온수가 공급되도록 한다. 그러면 어린아이키 높이에는 PHOTO SENSOR가 감지되지 않기 때문에 온수공급이 안되어 밸브를 눌러도 온수공급이 되지 않아 화상을 입는 사고를 방지할 수 있다.

냉·온수기, 정수기 온수 공급 안전장치{The Hot water safty valve for the water furifier}
정수기 분야중 220V를투입 정수한 물을 고온으로 공급하는 냉·온정수기 냉수·온수 모두 일반 Valve로 공급한다. 온수 Valve부분은 어린이에 대한 경고 스티커만 붙어있다.
온수 밸브가 어린이들의 손높이에 닿아 밸브를 눌러 어린이들에 손을데는 사고가 발생한다.

정수기 내부 온수공급 배관부에 ②Solenoid Valve를 설치하고 정수기 상단부(120∼140Cm)에 ①PHOTO SENSOR를 설치한다. 온수공급가능함을 알 수 있는 ③표시등을 설치한다. ④Relay를 설치하여 PHOTO SENSOR에 신호를 받아 Solenoid Valve를 작동 시킨다.
PHOTO SENSOR에 감지되었을 경우에만 온수가 공급되므로 어린이들에 손과 얼굴 화상을 방지할 수 있다.
