PURPOSE: A speaker phone and hands-free device of a mobile communication terminal is provided to optionally connect an existing mobile communication terminal outside, thereby using the mobile communication terminal as the speaker phone and hands-free device. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(1) converts a voice signal into an electrical signal to output the electrical signal. The first audio amplifier(2) amplifies an output of the microphone(1) to transmit the output to one side of a plug(5). The second audio amplifier(3) amplifies a voice signal outputted through the plug(5) to output the signal to a speaker(4). The speaker(4) delivers an output of the second audio amplifier(3) outside. The plug(5) transmits an output signal of the first audio amplifier(1) to a terminal body(10), and transmits an output signal outputted through an ear jack(9) to the second audio amplifier(3). A power connection socket(6) is electrically connected to a power connector(8).
