Claims (5)
- 복수의 마크로 표시되는 정보 블록들을 기록하기 위한 정보 트랙(9)을 나타내는 서브 트랙(4)을 구비하되, 이 서보 트랙(4)이 소정의 주파수에서의 물리적 파라미터의 주기적 변동과, 규칙적인 간격으로 위치 정보를 인코딩하기 위한 변조 부분들을 갖고, 이 변조 부분들이, 비트 싱크 성분으로 시작되며, 데이터 비트 성분을 갖는 데이터 형태 또는 워드 싱크 성분을 갖는 워드 싱크 형태를 갖고, 비트 싱크 성분과 데이터 비트 성분이 주기적 변동의 동일한 소정의 변조 형태에 따라 변조되는 기록매체에 있어서,상기 변조 부분들이 비트 싱크 성분만을 가진 격리된 비트 싱크 형태를 갖는 변조 부분들(40, 41)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소정의 변조 형태는 주기적 변동의 최소편이방식 변조인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 물리적 파라미터는 서보 트랙의 위치이고, 상기 변동은 횡단 방향으로의 서보 트랙의 이동인 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 정보 트랙(9)을 나타내는 서보 트랙(4)을 포함하는 기록매체 상의 정보 트랙(9)에 복수의 정보 블록을 기록 및/또는 판독하는 수단을 구비하고, 서보 트랙(4)을 주사하는 수단과, 소정의 주파수에서 서보 트랙의 물리적 파라미터의 변동에 의해 발생된 신호로부터 위치정보를 검색하는 복조수단(50)을 구비하되, 이 서보 트랙이 규칙적인 간격으로 위치정보를 인코딩하는 변조 부분들을 갖고, 이 변조 부분들이, 비트 싱크 성분으로 시작되며, 데이터 비트 성분을 갖는 데이터 형태 또는 워드 싱크 성분을 갖는 워드 싱크 형태를 가지며, 비트 싱크 성분과 데이터 비트 성분이 주기적 변동의 동일한 소정의 변조 형태에 따라 변조되는 기록 및/또는 재생장치에 있어서,상기 복조수단이 비트 싱크 성분만을 가진 격리된 비트 싱크 형태의 변조 부분들을 검출하는 수단(67)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 및/또는 재생장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 복조수단(50)은, 복조수단이 비트 싱크 성분들 대신에 데이터 비트 성분들에 대해 잘못하여 로킹되는 동기 상태를 검출 및 정정하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 및/또는 재생장치.
