Description

부직포 합지 천공필름 및 그 제조방법 {AIR HOLE FILM LAMINATED AND THE METHOD WITH NON-WOVEN FABRIC}Non-woven laminated perforated film and manufacturing method thereof {AIR HOLE FILM LAMINATED AND THE METHOD WITH NON-WOVEN FABRIC}

The present invention relates to a nonwoven laminated perforated film that can be used for the skin contact skin material of a baby diaper or the skin contact skin material of a disposable sanitary napkin and the like and a manufacturing method thereof.

For example, the perforated film used as the skin contact surface skin material of the disposable sanitary napkin is assembled with the skin layer of the sanitary napkin to cover the absorbent layer, and the perforated film assembled with the epidermal layer is used to send the secretion down into the absorbent layer and maintain a dry surface.

In the conventional sanitary napkin perforated film, two products, a plastic perforated film and a nonwoven perforated film, are used.

Plastic perforated film has a drawback that the surface is not smooth and comfortable to use when used in disposable sanitary napkins or diapers, but all secretions flow into the absorbent layer and do not leave secretions on the film to dry the epidermis.

The nonwoven fabric perforated film has a good fit, but it has a weakness between the nonwoven fabric and the fiber, so that the user's feeling is not good.

The present invention is to provide a perforated film that combines only the advantages of the two conventional perforated film as described above.

This invention proposes to lower the basis weight (g / m 2) of the plastic perforated film in order to improve the stiff feel of the plastic perforated film.

The conventional plastic perforated film was a perforated film having a basis weight of 20 to 30 g / m 2. However, when the basis weight of the perforated plastic film is lowered to less than 15 g / m 2 to increase the flexibility of the film, the stiffness is reduced by that amount and the soft feel is increased by that amount. However, if the basis weight of the film is lowered, the strength of the perforated film may be reduced, and the film may be torn during use. Therefore, in order to lower the basis weight of the plastic film, it is necessary to consider the measures of strength preservation.

In the case of the nonwoven fabric perforated film, the texture, cushioning, and tensile strength are high, so that the processability in the diaper or sanitary napkin manufacturing process is very good.

An object of the present invention is to propose a laminated perforated film of a plastic film and a nonwoven fabric having a lower basis weight and a method of manufacturing the same.

Specifically, the present invention increases the flexibility of the plastic film by lowering the basis weight, and preserves the tensile strength of the plastic film depleted by lowering the basis weight by laminating these two materials, thereby increasing the strength required for processing as a perforated film and a sanitary napkin. It provides a non-woven laminated perforated film and a method of manufacturing the same to improve the feel and adhesion of the film by adding a cushion and flexibility of the nonwoven fabric to the improved flexibility of the plastic film, and the plastic film to perform the function of the waterproof film Is to provide.

The present invention provides a disposable sanitary napkin or non-woven laminated perforated film for baby diapers by laminating a plastic film having a basis weight of less than 15 g / m 2, such as 3 to 15 g / m 2, onto a nonwoven fabric and perforating the laminated composite film.

The present invention increases flexibility by lowering the basis weight of the plastic film to less than 15 g / m 2, and imparts the necessary workability by preserving the strength of the plastic film depleted by lowering the basis weight by laminating the nonwoven fabric and the plastic film. By laminating the materials, the flexibility and feel of the two materials are combined to improve the feel and fit, and to maintain a certain function of the waterproof membrane.

Polyethylene is widely used as a material for plastic films. At this time, in order to increase the strength of the non-woven fabric and the bonding (adhesive strength) can be used as a raw material such as ethylene vinyl acet copolymer (EVA).

폴리에틸렌필름에 합지되는 부직포로는 폴리프로필렌 스판본드 부직포, 폴리프로필렌 서멀본드 부직포, 스판레이스부직포, 포리에스테르부직포, 폴리프로필렌과 비스코스와 폴리에스테르원사 세가지 중에서 두가지 이상이 혼합되어 만들어진 부직포등이 이 발명에서 사용될 수 있다.Nonwoven fabrics laminated to polyethylene film include polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric, polypropylene thermal bond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, polyester nonwoven fabric, and nonwoven fabric made of a mixture of two or more of three kinds of polypropylene and viscose and polyester yarns. Can be used.

The nonwoven fabric is selected and used to meet the functions of disposable sanitary napkins from disposable sanitary napkin manufacturers or baby diaper manufacturers. For example, spanlace, viscose and polyester ester nonwovens have good absorbency and good absorbency of physiological secretions. The physical properties of the nonwoven fabric are reflected in the structural design and characteristic design of the sanitary napkin of the sanitary napkin manufacturer, and the type and basis weight of the nonwoven fabric may be selected according to the design.

1 is a configuration diagram of a lamination line for laminating a plastic film on a nonwoven fabric.

The above-mentioned polyethylene-based polymer is melted at an extruder 1 at 250 to 330 ° C., molded into a film 2 thinly on a T-die, and formed into a molten film on a cooling roll 3 composed of steel and rubber rolls. The nonwoven fabric is supplied to the film in the molten state in the process of cooling by inputting. Specifically, the nonwoven fabric 4 is supplied to the cooling roll 3 in the molten state of the film, and the nonwoven fabric and the film are laminated by the adhesive force of the molten film to obtain the nonwoven fabric and the film laminated body 5.

In the lamination process, the nonwoven fabric 4 is the surface pile of the nonwoven fiber layer is inserted into the film resin layer in the molten state, and in this state, the polypropylene nonwoven fabric is laminated on the surface of the polyethylene film by cooling and stabilizing the resin of the polyethylene film. .

The lower the basis weight of the polyethylene film, the lower the lamination strength with the nonwoven fabric.

In this case, the adhesive strength of the inventive laminated film may be increased, and the laminated film may be manufactured as a matte film.

Specifically, in the present invention, the basis weight of the polyethylene film is lowered by 15 g / m 2, a rectangular embossed pattern of roughness of 40 to 180 mesh is given to the surface of the steel roll (a) of the set of cooling rolls (3) to which the molten film is in contact, and as the rubber roll (b). By pressing the nonwoven fabric to the film in the molten state, the adhesive strength of the polypropylene nonwoven fabric and the polyethylene film was increased, and an embossing pattern was formed on the nonwoven laminated polyethylene film.

Thus, when the surface of the surface film is composed of the embossed rough surface, when the laminated film is perforated in the perforation line and used as a disposable sanitary napkin or diaper skin material, the adhesion area with the skin decreases and the air content in the close part increases, thereby providing a better fit. You will get

The following functional inorganic materials can be added to the plastic film composition of the present invention laminate.

When the plastic film is laminated on a nonwoven fabric, a certain amount of inorganic materials such as jade powder (magnesium silicate), barium sulfate, SiO 2 , CaCO 3 , and chitosan are added to the polymer for polyethylene film composition.

These additives emit far-infrared rays and exhibit antimicrobial properties and increase deodorization or affinity with the skin.

The film obtained by laminating the polyethylene film and the nonwoven fabric obtained as described above is used as a contact surface skin material of a disposable sanitary napkin through a perforation process.

The perforation interval is generally 2 mm in front and rear, and the size of the hole is about 1 mm in diameter.

In the conventional method of perforating, the film softened by applying heat to the film is brought into contact with the roll having the perforated holes distributed thereon, and a strong suction force is applied to the roll to suck the perforated portion of the film into the inside of the roll to apply vacuum force. Punch or feed the film between the roll and the friction roll arranged with the drilling pins at intervals, and increase the rotational speed of the friction roll to rub the drilling pins, or arrange the pointed pins on the roll at the drilling intervals, There is a method of inserting into this film to perforate the film.

The arrangement of the pins in the drilling using the preliminary pins is shown in FIG.

In FIG. 2, the spacing between the pins is 2 mm and the height of the pins is 5 mm.

1 :Example 1:

In the extruder, low-density polyethylene (Hanyang Chemical LDPE 950) was melted by gradually applying a temperature of 170 ° C, 220 ° C, 260 ° C, 300 ° C, and 290 ° C, and was extruded from T-die by heating to 280 ° C to obtain a basis weight of 7 g / m 2. After the film was molded, the molten film was supplied to a cooling roll having a line speed of 40 m / min, and a nonwoven fabric was supplied to the cooling roll at the same time to laminate a polyethylene film having a basis weight of 7 g / m 2 and a nonwoven fabric. When the non-woven fabric is laminated, the metal cooling roll uses a matte roll formed with a square embossed pattern of roughness of 80 mesh, and a pressure of 15 kg / cm 2 was applied to the rubber roll on the opposite side. As the nonwoven fabric, a thermal bond nonwoven fabric containing 80% of 18 g / m 2 polypropylene yarn and 20% viscose yarn was used.

The laminated film, which was carried out as above, was punched through the pin roll in the shape of Fig. 2, and when the punched out, the ratio (perforation rate) of the punched area was about 25%.
