CONSTITUTION: A proximal part of an interlocking screw(2) of a nail(1) inserted in a marrow cavity(a part of the interlocking screw nearer to a screw head) is reinforced so that even when the interlocking screw is broken, the broken part is a distal part of the interlocking screw. A diameter of the proximal part of the interlocking screw is increased or shaped as a cylinder. The nail is easily removed even when the interlocking screw is broken, thereby.
