Abstract

PURPOSE: An earphone microphone for an impaired hearing person is provided to transmit correctly an external voice to the impaired hearing person by using a telephone or a cellular phone having an earphone or a connector. CONSTITUTION: A plug(2) of an earphone(3) is inserted into a jack or a connector of a receiver(1) such as a cellular phone. A very small-sized speaker unit(5) is installed in the earphone(3). The very small-sized speaker unit(5) is formed with a yoke(11) a magnet(12), a magnet plate(13), a diaphragm(14), an inductive coil, a porous cap(16), and an eyelet(17). The magnet(12) is used for vibrating the diaphragm(14) by exerting influence to the inductive coil according to an external voice signal. The magnet plate(13) is used for supporting the magnet(12). The diaphragm(14) is vibrated according to the external voice signal in order to generate the sound. The inductive coil is used for vibrating the diaphragm(14).
