Abstract

PURPOSE: A portable gas container is provided to improve safety and assembly performance by forming the upper cap in one with the body. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle member comprises a stem(5) and a spring(6). The stem is elastically installed by the spring. The nozzle member is fixed to the upper cap. In a body(11) the upper cap(13) is integrally formed by deep drawing. The lower cap(12) closes the lower part of the body, with welded to the lower part of the body. A sleeve(14) fixes the nozzle to the upper cap. The body and the upper cap are integrally formed by deep drawing and therefore, the assembly performance is improved and gas leakage is prevented.
