Abstract

PURPOSE: Touch pen system and color coordinates confirmation method is provided to confirm the coordinated using color touch pen and the optical sensor. CONSTITUTION: The touch pen(20) consists of a monitor(10) for color display, the optical sensor(22) to recognize colors, a transmitter(24) to send the confirmed data. The main system(14) receives the data through the receiver(12). When the touch pen gets close to the display, it recognizes the color using the optical sensor. The coordinates are transformed and transmitted to the main system. The main system gets the button pressed and it is showed on the display. The each button, on the display like CRT, LCD or PDP, has different color.
