Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for developing a compression solution for an effective data transmission on an Internet communication is provided to transmit voice/image data effectively by separating a streaming of a voice/image, developing a high-compression engine for occupying the minimum range of a network band width, and simplifying a process for making streaming data based on sampling data.
