Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for transmitting DTMF signals in a VoIP (Voice Over IP) network, particularly when a VoIP call from a VoIP network having a low cost advantage is connected to a PSTN network using a general trunk line of an exchange. The present invention relates to a DTMF signal reception allocation method of an exchange when VoIP calls are allocated to receive DTMF signals.
As shown in FIG. 1, when a general subscriber 100 wants to receive a securities service, for example, the general subscriber 100 connects to a PSTN subscriber (ex, ARS) through the VoIP network 103. Specifically, this is achieved by sequentially processing the VoIP call code + corresponding local exchange code + "9" (PSTN call code) + ARS number + "#" (end code). After the call is connected, the subscriber presses only the desired number on the phone. The DTMF tone transmission path is transmitted to the second exchange 103 by UDP (User Datagram Protocol) when the DTMF tone signal generated by the telephone 100 exits the first exchange 102 and passes through the VoIP network 103. The VoIP interface device mounted on the second exchange 103 converts UDP data into DTMF tones, and is transmitted to the public network 104 as DTMF tones through a time switch of the second exchange 103. In addition, the ARS device 105 connected to the public network 104 is configured to recognize the DTMF signal. In the conventional technique, DTMF tones are transmitted only after a call is established. If a subscriber wants to hear the dial tone before the call is established (when only the PSTN network access code is pressed, ex) If you want to make an external call in the private exchange, it is the same as pressing "9".) There is a disadvantage that the exchange does not recognize the external subscriber number that is pressed afterwards. Because the exchange does not establish a call and only presses "9" times, there is a disadvantage in that the subscriber does not recognize the desired external subscriber number because the call is connected to the receiving time switchmin of the calling party. In other words, when the general subscriber calls the public network through the VoIP network, the caller's digit is not recognized until the call path is formed.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method of improving the quality of service by allowing the subscriber to recognize the number pressed even before the call path is completely connected or connected.
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention attempts to make an outgoing call to an exchange through a VoIP network, and the exchange receives a VoIP incoming signal and the exchange receives a CO call code, and after analyzing the CO call code, finds a CO line in an idle state. Check whether VoIP line is kids and whether or not it is
In the above process, if the modem is not correct, the calling party hears the busy tone and terminates the call.
In the above process, calling the subscriber of the PSTN network and connecting the call path when the call is not present.
상기 과정에서 국선호출코드만 존재하면 VoIP용 DTMF수신기의 가용성을 체크하여 DTMF수신기 사용이 가능한가를 확인하고 아니면 발신측에 비지톤을 들려주며 호를 종료시키는 과정과,In the above process, if only the CO line call code exists, checking the availability of the DTMF receiver for VoIP to check whether the DTMF receiver is available, or calling the busy side to the calling party and ending the call;
If the DTMF receiver is available in the above process, connect the DTMFR receiver and if the subscriber presses the digit, the exchange receives the digit from the DTMF receiver, the exchange converts the digit into a message and sends it to the CO line module. It is characterized by consisting of a process of converting the data to the PSTN network.

2 is a flowchart illustrating DTMF reception of an exchange when receiving a VoIP call according to an embodiment of the present invention.
When the subscriber attempts to make a call from the first switch 102 through the VoIP network 103 to the second switch 103 in the process (2a) through the telephone 100, the second switch 103 receives the VoIP incoming signal. Receive. In the process (2b), the second exchange 103 receives the CO line call code, analyzes the CO line call code in the process (2c), finds the CO line in the idle state, checks whether VoIP VoIP is used, and in the process (2d), the CO line is the child Check if the tandem is correct. Otherwise, in the process of (2m), the busy party hears the busy tone and terminates the call. However, if it is correct, check whether the digits call code of received digits is checked in step (2e), check whether there is only call code in step (2f), or call subscriber in PSTN network in step (2n). Connect it. However, if it is correct in (2f), check the availability of DTMF receiver for VoIP in (2g) and check if DTMF receiver is available in (2h). However, if it is not here, in the process of (2o), the calling party ends the call with the busy tone. If it is correct in step (2h), connect the DTMFR receiver in step (2i), and if the subscriber presses digit in step (2j), the exchange receives the digit from this DTMF receiver. Sending to the CO line module (2l), the CO line module of the exchange converts the digits into DTMF tones and transmits them to the PSTN network.
That is, according to the present invention, the general subscriber presses only the CO line call code ("9") for the PSTN network calling purpose through VoIP. For example, a VoIP call code + local exchange code + "9" (PSTN call code) + "#" (end code) and the subscriber hears the dial tone from the PSTN, and the subscriber presses the desired external telephone number on the telephone. Meanwhile, the transmission path of DTMF tones is as follows.
a. The DTMF tone signal generated by the telephone is output.
b. VoIP망을 통과할 때는 UDP(User Datagram Protocol)로 전달된다.b. When passing through the VoIP network, it is transmitted through UDP (User Datagram Protocol).
c. The device for the VoIP interface installed in the exchange converts UDP data into DTMF. At this time, the exchange connects the DTMF Receiver to the VoIP device.
d. The exchange receives a digit from this DTMF receiver.
e. The exchange converts the digits into messages and sends them to the CO line module in the exchange.
d. The CO line module of the exchange converts the digits into DTMF tones and transmits them to the PSTN network.
As described above, the present invention provides a function for recognizing the number pressed by the subscriber even before the call path is completely connected or connected in the exchange according to the number pressed by the calling subscriber. Thus, the advantages are as follows.
1) When the subscriber uses the public network (PSTN) through the VoIP network, it can detect when the subscriber presses only the public network call code and provide the service.
2) The subscriber can receive a wide range of services that can call any external subscriber after pressing the public network calling code and hearing the dial tone from the PSTN.
3) Of course, this service is also available when all external subscriber numbers of the public network are dialed.
4) VoIP services can be protected in line with the trend of increasing VoIP communication.
5) It is also possible to easily adjust whether the VoIP modem and DTMF receiver are provided in the database.
6) As DTMF receiver service is provided, it can be seen that there is a significant merit in exchange operation.
