Abstract

PURPOSE: A personal portable digital TV is provided to have a communication network for bidirectional communication with an environment server, and to input necessary information through the communication network, then to receive the information by connecting to the environment server, thereby enabling a viewer to watch TV at any places under inherent digital TV settings.
