Abstract

PURPOSE: A spillway water gate for controlling water level is provided to reduce the cost of equipment without installing an additional water level regulator. CONSTITUTION: The spillway water gate for controlling water level comprises: a rubber plate(7) attached to an external diameter of a curved surface of a water gate to prevent a water leakage; legs(1) formed along the curved surface; saw-teeth(2) formed on the inner side of the curved surface; a curved surface(3) hollowed inward to correspond to an arc of the water gate; a curved projection(13) formed along the curved surface for hanging the water gate; a toothed wheel(4) fixed to an axle(5) installed to a doorframe and engaged well with the saw-teeth(2) of the water gate leg(1) to transfer rotary power; and a handle(6) fixed to the axle(5) to control the height of a water gate.

상기와 같이 작용되는 본 발명의 물넘이 수문의 구성을 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하자면 다음과 같다. 도2의 수문은 철재로 되어 있는데, 원의 4분의 1 형태의 곡면으로 형성되어 그 원호를 따라서 연장되어 좌우 양측 상단에 각기 형성된 다리(1)에 톱니(2)가 안쪽 곡면에 형성 되었다. 도 3을 보면 수문틀이 전 후가 트이고 좌우 양쪽이 막혀 있는데, 수문 원호와 맞게 안으로 파인 곡면(3)이 형성 되어 그 곡면을 따라 같은 원호로 곡면이 구성된 턱(13)이 형성되어 수문이 앞으로 나가지 않게 걸리도록 한 것이다. 도 1에 의해서 문틀에 수문이 합설되어 작용하는 상태를 설명 하자면, 수문틀의 곡면에 따라 수문이 반 회전 되는데 있어서, 문틀에 설치되어 돌게 한 심보(5)의 좌우에 각기 고정된 톱니바퀴(4)와 수문다리(1)에 형성된 톱니(2)가 맞물려 회전력이 전달 되는데, 역시 심보(5)에 고정된 핸들(6)을돌려서 수문이 반 회전되어 높이를 조절하는 것으로써, 저수되고 남은 물은 수문위로 넘치게 하는 것이다. 수문은 수압으로 인해 수문틀에 압착 되는데 수문 곡면 외경에 부착한 고무판(7)에 의해 더욱 밀착되어 물이 세는 방지력을 높여준다.Referring to the drawings in detail the configuration of the water gate of the present invention acted as described above are as follows.
