An assist grip(200) consists of a plate contacted to the head lining, a boss integrally extended from the plate, a supporting plate integrally extended in the outside of the boss and contacted to the supporting piece of the clip, and a fitting sill(240) elastically fitted to the cut part of the fitting piece formed in the clip. Working efficiency is improved with inserting the assist grip in the clip conveniently without additional tapping screws, and expenses are reduced with reducing parts.
