Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving information between a vehicle communication system and a wireless terminal using short range communication modules is provided to enable information to be transmitted and received between a vehicle communication system and a wireless terminal by installing short range communication modules in the vehicle communication system and the wireless terminal respectively. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle communication system, in which the first short range communication module is installed, is connected to a public network. A navigation system or an AV system having a radio communication function can be used as the vehicle communication system. The second short range communication module is installed in a wireless terminal. As the wireless terminal, a PDA or a PCS can be used.
