Description

와이어하네스 보호용 튜브{Tube for protecting a wire harness}Tube for protecting a wire harness}

The present invention relates to a tube used for protecting a wire harness of a vehicle, and more particularly, to a protective tube having elasticity that can be flexibly applied to a diameter change regardless of the diameter of the wire harness bundle.

In general, various devices of an automobile are electrically operated. Most of the wire harnesses in which the existing various devices are electrically connected from a power source of a battery are commonly used to protect them.

In particular, the protective cover is used for the protection of the wire harness in the engine room of the vehicle, such a protective cover has a method of assembling a bundle of wire harness 12 bundles into the protective cover 14 of the tube form as shown in Figure 1a. When the bundle of wire harness 12 is long, as shown in FIG. 1B, the wire harness 12 is inserted through the cover 14 having a middle split, and both sides of the wire harness are pressed to form the uneven portion 16 formed at the end of the cover 14. There is an assembly form that combines through.

However, as described above, both the form of fitting the cover 14 to the wine harness 12 and the form of assembling the wire harness 12 into the divided cover 14 are all uniform in size. It is intended to be used only in that, if the diameter of the wire harness 12 is changed, there was a disadvantage that the new development to match the protective cover 14 according to the size.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness reinforcement tube having an elasticity that can be applied regardless of the size of the wire harness diameter.
